What are the computer system requirements for TeKnow training courses?
You need a computer running either Macintosh OS X or Windows, with a connection to the Internet. Linux is not supported.*
Your web browser must understand CSS 1.1. Compliant web browsers are: Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape 6.x+, Opera 7+, Safari 1.2+, and Internet Explorer (Mac 5.2, Windows 6.0+).
The Apple QuickTime media plug-in is required to view some content. A free download is available here.
* This doesn't mean we don't like Linux, we do. It's just that QuickTime isn't supported under Linux. If you want to use Linux, we can't offer technical support.
