What are the computer system requirements for TeKnow training courses?
You need a computer running either Macintosh OS X or Windows, with a connection to the Internet. Linux is not supported.*

Your web browser must understand CSS 1.1. Compliant web browsers are: Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape 6.x+, Opera 7+, Safari 1.2+, and Internet Explorer (Mac 5.2, Windows 6.0+).

Both the Adobe Flash and Apple QuickTime media plug-ins are required to view some content. A free QuickTime download is available here and here for the Flash viewer.

* This doesn't mean we don't like Linux, we do. It's just that QuickTime and Flash aren't supported on that operating system. If you want to use Linux, you'll have to figure out another way to view video content - such as with an open source viewer like VLC.
